Speech-Language Pathologist
With a Master’s of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Saskatchewan, Jessica is passionate about using her knowledge to build meaningful connections with her clients and families on the journey to realize their full communication potential. Jessica prioritizes client- and family-centred care and focuses on fostering a collaborative environment for clients to increase their confidence in their communication skills.
Through her clinical placements and past work experiences, Jessica has worked with a variety of demographics in the public and Catholic school boards, early intervention, and private practice since graduating in 2020.
Jessica’s special interests include speech sound/phonological disorders, early language intervention, motor speech disorders, play-based learning, and supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. A lifelong avid learner, Jessica is currently pursuing certification as a Natural Language Acquisition Trained Clinician to better support clients with echolalia.
Jessica is a registered member of the Saskatchewan Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (SASLPA) and Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).
